  • Senior Project Manager

    Location: Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (Travel Required)

    Reports To: Vice President

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-site commercial installation projects across beverage systems, refrigeration, mechanical infrastructure, and facility construction. This role oversees the full project lifecycle—from client kickoff through closeout and collections—while protecting margins and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


    This position requires a skilled leader with strong field experience, operational discipline, and the ability to manage high-visibility projects with regional and national brands.


    What You’ll Do

    Project Leadership & Execution

    Develop project schedules, implementation plans, and manpower forecasts.

    Manage internal technicians, subcontractors, and vendors.

    Ensure compliance with local codes, OSHA, safety standards, and company SOPs.

    Oversee multi-location rollout projects across DFW and additional regions.

    Drive punch list completion and maintain low callback/warranty ratios.

    Maintain full accountability for project performance and documentation.


    Financial Management

    Own project budgets and maintain target gross profit margins.

    Track labor, materials, and productivity using company software.

    Identify, communicate, and process change orders.

    Manage job costing, forecasting, and budget variance.

    Assist with project billing and collections.

    Oversee division payroll processes.

    Client & Stakeholder Management

    Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

    Lead kickoff meetings, provide regular progress updates, and manage client expectations.

    Communicate timelines, risks, scope changes, and completion milestones.

    Strengthen long-term relationships through proactive, solution-driven communication.

    Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow the client base.


    Team Leadership

    Lead and mentor project management staff.

    Conduct weekly divisional meetings and performance reviews.

    Build a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.

    Uphold high standards for project execution, customer satisfaction, and quality.


    Quality & Compliance

    Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

    Oversee commissioning, system startup, and client training.

    Drive safety compliance across all project sites.

    Maintain complete, accurate closeout documentation and reporting.


    Qualifications

    7+ years of project management experience in commercial mechanical, refrigeration, beverage systems, or construction-related trades (preferred).

    Bachelor’s degree, PM certification, or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

    Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, refrigeration, beverage equipment, and water/coffee systems.

    Proven track record managing $100K–$4M+ project portfolios.

    Experience with multi-site rollouts strongly preferred.

    Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft 365.

    Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

    Knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety standards.

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

    Compensation & Benefits

    Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience)

    Performance Bonus: Based on gross profit, on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and awarded projects

    Dispense Technician


    **This is a 1099/Contractor Position**


    Pay: $1,100 - $1,800 salary paid weekly


    Key Responsibilities


    Work with team lead and fellow technicians to complete assigned stores, in assigned markets. One store per week. Working hours between 5am and 10pm weekly. Install beverage lines, chiller, cleaning system, BIB racks, dispenser, and gas equipment. Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and document work completion with appropriate documentation and pictures.


    Skills and Qualifications


    As a Dispense Technician, applicant will be required to have and demonstrate:


    A general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC principles.

    A basic understanding of the use of common hand and power tools.

    The ability to climb and work on a ladder in ceilings and on top of walk-in coolers.

    The ability to lift 50lbs solo or while assisting team members.

    Physical stamina when standing or kneeling for extended periods of time.

    The ability to travel 50-100% for certain markets (if assigned).

    The ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks, timely.

    Good communication skills when coordinating with team members and customers.

    Willingness to train on company-specific technical equipment.

    Problem-solving skills to handle repairs and equipment issues during installations and return service calls.

    The ability to pass a background check, a valid driver’s license, and reliable, insured transportation.

    We are searching for qualified technicians with beverage/soda experience and some HVACR knowledge. Holding an EPA 608 Type I, II, III or Universal, plus a strong skill set in maintenance and installs is a massive bonus. Room to grow in supervisory and management roles as well as possibility of becoming an HVACR Technician.

    Job Description:


    Retail Dispense Solutions (RDS) provides equipment installation services to large, national contractors for multi-site enhancements and rollouts. We specialize in retail coffee, tea, soda, water, adult beverage dispensing systems, ice makers, kitchen equipment, and HVACR equipment in markets across the US. RDS always needs Mechanical/Refrigeration Technicians due to our explosive growth in the following markets: Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Remote Routes, Tulsa, and Nationwide.


    Key Responsibilities


    Work with team leaders and fellow technicians to complete assigned stores, in assigned markets. Various shifts and days of work available. Remove and re-install existing ice makers, install new ice makers with remote condensers on the roof. Set/assist setting the equipment then, install and braze linesets, pressure test and pull a vacuum, weigh in refrigerant. Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, start-up and document work completion with appropriate documentation and pictures.


    Skills and Qualifications


    As an HVACR Technician, applicant will be required to have and demonstrate:


    ● Must hold EPA 608 universal certification


    ● Strong Commercial Mechanical Service, Installation, and Preventative Maintenance experience in refrigeration, HVAC systems and Commercial Kitchen equipment like vent hoods and exhaust fans.


    ● In depth knowledge Commercial HVACR, plumbing, and electrical principles.


    ● The ability to climb and work on a ladder, in ceilings, on top of walk-in coolers, and on roof tops.


    ● The ability to lift 50 lbs. solo or while assisting team members.


    ● Physical stamina when standing or kneeling for extended periods of time.

    • Working hours between 6am and 10pm, Sunday to Thursday (times vary each day, around 10 hour days).
    • Install beverage lines, chiller, cleaning system, BIB racks, dispenser, and gas equipment.
    • Test, calibrate, troubleshoot, and document work completion with appropriate documentation and pictures.
